Continental Aerospace Technologies announced the launch of a new company website, www.continental.aero, featuring a suite of new digital tools for pilots, owners, and maintenance providers.
The redesigned site is built to be fully responsive for use on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Key among the new features is a completely redesigned Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC). The new IPC has a visually based interface designed to help users identify and locate genuine Continental and PMA replacement parts.
For the Experimental/Amateur-Built market, the company has added the Titan Engine Builder application. This tool allows users to configure and design an experimental Titan engine for a specific airframe. The website also includes the company’s simulators for Lean of Peak operations and its Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) systems.
In addition to the new online resources, Continental stated it is advancing its infrastructure to support 24/7 customer service to address critical needs regardless of time zone.
“By combining this technology with a strengthened global support network, we are giving our customers greater access to technical information, wherever and whenever they need it,” said Karen Hong, President and CEO of Continental Aerospace Technologies.
