New Sky Products has introduced the AppStation, a kneeboard-style mount for the Apple iPad. According to the company, “This product is the perfect solution for all iPad users to not only protect their Apple iPad but provides a ‘hands-free’ stable platform on which to work or play. It allows the user the ability to safely manipulate the iPad while flying or conducting other tasks. The unit is a solution that does not require an additional mounting device/kit or expensive, complicated installation.”
What’s more, the AppStation has a canted “comfort curve” base, and the adjustable leg strap” is comfortable and provides tight support.” It also includes a built-in storage cubby for important items such as a flashlight, iPad stylus, and pens/pencils.
