    COMMENTS:
    The CA-2 was designed to be one of the lowest cost ways of obtaining an ultralight aircraft. The goal was to design the aircraft using a metal structure and keep it within the US Part 103 category. These goals were met and the resulting aircraft had an empty weight of 250 lbs. with a Rotax 277. (Formerly Hummel.)
