Summit Aircraft has introduced a larger snow ski for Super Cub Aircraft. The lightweight skis are constructed entirely of carbon fiber and each weighs less than 25 pounds, including all rigging and hardware. The SS 2300 skis are rated for 2300-pound gross-weight aircraft. Both the LSA and SS 2300 skis will work well with Light Sport aircraft that require lightweight options to comply with LSA weight rules. The skis come standard with a 4-inch tailwheel, UHMW bottom and are white (additional colors are available). Retail price is $4900.
