EAA President Jack Pelton announced on Friday that regular KITPLANES contributor Vic Syracuse and Editor-at-Large Paul Dye have finished their terms as members of the EAA Homebuilt Council. Syracuse, who served as Chair of the Council, will be replaced in that position by current council member and KITPLANES contributor Dave Forster of Friendswood, Texas. The council expects to announce two new council members later this week.
