Mr. Dickenson made only its second appearance in its gorgeous new paint. It’s an awesome 200 mph homebuilt!Talk about rare, this fun Mason Lulu is one of only two built. It was one of well over 100 experimentals at the Mojave Fly-In.Eye-popping green. This Sonex project was just one of the V-tail attractions. Fewer canards showed this year, replaced by a wider selection of kit aircraft, one-offs and modified stockers.The Mojave Fly-In looks like it set an attendance record today. Andy Chiavetta’s LT-1’s yellow cowling stands out from the crowd.Tom Hastings’ Cirrus VK30 was just one rarity at the Mojave Experimental Fly-In. Powered by an IO550G Continental, it cruises at 175 knots and can go 2100 miles. Tom has almost 1000 hours on it.
