Rubber isolator mounts should not have a gap between them and the engine mount when properly torqued. Look closely at the red arrow, and you will see a rather large gap on these. I did not fly this airplane due to this finding and some other airworthiness concerns, but I imagine the engine shook pretty good in its mounts!
The mounts in the picture below also have a gap and are pretty well cracked. They need to be replaced.
