We catch up with Zenith Aircraft’s Sebastien Heintz on the company’s plans for the year and a bit of a recap of the previous months. Sales continue strong for Zenith, so much so that it’s begun work on additional factory space at its Mexico, MO, headquarters. Heintz highlights a few of the builder aircraft on display at Sun ‘n Fun, including one with a paint job costing just more than $200.
The company also highlights how being almost “engine agnostic” has helped its builders. Currently, Zenith supports powerplants from Continental, Corvair, Lycoming, Rotax, ULPower and Viking… and we probably missed one or two!
